Possible design tools that could be used is a sitemap, the sitemap is used as a way how showing the topology of a site,sitemaps are usefull for the design phase but can also be used in a different way after the fact to help direct users to the right area.

Section D | Potential Legal and Ethical Issues affecting development of GPS
Potential legal and ethical issues affecting the development of GPS include unwanted tracking, this can open a door for companies with malicious intent to track people’s movement, this obviously not good so there needs to be regulations and preventative measures put in pace that stops companies from using GPS and Tracking devices from tracking you. Also, an ethical issue that is raised and has been addressed in the past is the fact that some people are using devices like the Apple Air Tag for example for malicious purposes and planting said devices on people to follow them, but companies have been made aware of this issue and put in alert systems to prevent this, but since this has started people are with reason, scared and cautious to use devices of this nature in fear of being tracked.
